Google Bad Review (2): Horrific experience – AVOID AT ALL COST! Rude receptionists and unprofessional service from caseworkers and partner. Receptionists never pass on calls, and are purely there to deflect calls. Completely unhelpful, literally had to chase my whole purchase through and do the work myself. No response to emails, never pick up phones, provide no means of update and they do nothing except defend themselves and ask to be called back later! These solicitors alone made the whole process stressful and painful when actually it could have been a smooth had they done the work they are paid to do! I would highly not recommend and advise to go elsewhere, they are a total shambles! Painful to deal with, utterly unprofessional, rude over the phone and no customer care at all! I have dealt with other solicitors for another house purchase and Woodgrange Solicitors are worthless and a pain in comparison!
