To start with, you WILL NOT get the £250 holding deposit back on a car despite what happens.

Every single time I was promised a call back, I didn't receive one, I had to chase up every time. Always left them enough time to respond.

Even had to call the finance company myself to find out what was going on…

In the end, the finance ended up being Astronomical, much higher than was initially quoted.

Therefore decided not to go ahead, but they will not issue the refund on the £250 deposit.

Google Bad Review 1:  I brought a BMW from a different dealer and it was grief from beginning to end. When I got my money back I saw a beautiful Audi from Precision Motors but I didn't have enough funds, this was not a problem, Precision Motors held the vehicle for 6 weeks until the money was right. The cars is stunning and special thanks to Andrew for making my car buying experience seamless and slick. UPDATE Snake oil sales men, they buy high performance cars use them then sell them. After a week of having the car the gearbox failed, they blamed me for it and even took 3 and a half months to repair it. The car also has an oil leak that was also supposed to be fixed but wasn't. After getting it back found they removed the under panels didn't replace them, didn't tell me. They said I could get a refund but when I asked for it they refused. STAY AWAY!

Google Bad Review 1:  Terrible terrible terrible. As soon as purchased on way home oil light came on soon followed by the engine management light. Had nothing but problems. It was under warranty so we thought – thank god! However when we called them up regarding this and the warranty they were very rude and evasive. We took the car back and they tried saying that the problem was something that wasnt covered by the warrenty. Luckily for us we knew they were shifty so we got it checked over first with 2 professional opinions of the problem, just to check if they were honest. However once we told them that its not the problem and what it should be they were soon like oh ok our mechanic will look again. several days later and telephone calls later it was always, we will call you by tonight, or we will call you by a certain time, we are still waiting to hear back bla bla and they were so rude over the phone i was shocked. We was not rude to them over the phone but they put the phone down on us numerous times when we called them for an update seeing as they never got back to us when they said. They had the car for 2 weeks without updating us whats going on or what the problem was. They would not pick the phone up to or number so we had to ring on withheld just to find out what was going on. They eventually told us that the car was ready to be picked up which was conveniently the same day the warranty ran out… we drove it home and the car sounded worse than when we gave it to them and the oil light that came on was suspiciously dimmed… also when we went to pick it up there was minimal communication, no apologies, wouldnt even give us a receipt of what they had done on it! All they done was walked out of the office, drove the car onto the main road, left the keys in the ignition turned on with the door wide open on the main road, left it there and walked back to the office and gave us the keys! I understand life is sometimes unfair and cars can go wrong but the worst part was their lack of help, knowledge and willingness to help in any way. I advise everyone to stay clear as my mum who bought the car is devastated and upset as now we will have to pay out of her own pocket which she really cant afford just to fix the car.

Google Bad Review (2):  Worst dealership you can ever come across. Got a BMW 1 series everything seemed fine till my car needed oil. Went to top up to realise The dipstick was broken. Did an oil change to ensure it hadn’t broke inside the engine. Ever since the oil change blue smoke was coming out of the exhaust. They took it to their garage to which the guy just changed the chamber belt which had nothing to do with the issue which was piston rings. Managed to return the vehicle but don’t buy from here. Reg: DA13XWJ – if you just brought this car give it back!!! They just added stop smoke to your oil.

Ps all the 5* reviews are lies. Someone is currently sitting at their desk creating fake accounts to put them up. Under the names will be the amount of reviews the person has done. When you click on the names all the reviews should come up to multiple different locations. The fake ones say ‘ 18 (etc) reviews’ when you click on the name zero come up. That’s how you spot a fake.
