Google Bad Review 1: I went to collect a pizza from to good to go ,they tried to give me one that was on top of a shelf, cold,they said was there for an hour but by looking at it was clear that it was more like 2 or 3 hours ,I explained that I was not going to take it because it was not worth the money in that condition and I just wanted to take a picture to send toogoodtogo and get a refund it's not like they are losing anything that pizza was not made for me so would take a picture the girl from the house would take it from free and evreryone would be happy,they became really agreesive and manipulative try to explain to me that this was what toogoodtogo was ,and if I want good pizza I have to pay for it the other chef was looking at me like he wanted to beat me up and it was clear by the tone although they where speaking Italian that they kept bashing me I understand a little I'm Portuguese and there are alot of similarities and I have worked with several Italians ,they ended up making another pizza although I didn't ask for one I just wanted a picture , but they allow me to chose an ingredient ,if they allowed me to take the picture and leave I would go back there as other times it was good so maybe next I could be lucky again , but the aggressiveness of the staff was just out of line and I regret accepting because it has a weird flavour that doesn't seem normal I have eaten there several times even with friends before and paid the full price, and I'm concerned that something extra was added and with hateful expression of the chef looking at me I think it's possible that it was,I'm not going there again but someone should speak with the manager on their interpretation of what toogoodtogo costumers are because they seem to think whe are beggars and should be happy to take something to eat like is for free ,and to the person replying to other comments this is not wht you interpret to be it's the pizza of the day with the ingriend of the day not mistakes because the ingredient of the day does not change several times a day does it? There are plenty of fresh pizzas for £5 out there your might be better, but not if it's been stored for hours after being done ,please don't make interpretations per convinience and offer costumers what they pay or increase or decrease according to what you feel is fair and not make i lt a lottery I'm paying £5 for food I'm not buying scratch cards.
Ps: the owner replied is even worse then the attitude from the staff I've seen such arrogance before from other businesses owners making their businesses crash but you have to learn for yourself . Your where not there you did not see or heard the comments made by the staff you have some cheap cctv cameras on the ceiling it's impossible to look to people's expression specially behind the counter ,you just believe what they say and made lies to make you look good , toogoodtogo costumers are happy with wherever they get??? Really?? You think we are starving we are some kind of beggars? We get a discount this means we get to eat cold,dry and old pizza? How can you say I was treated we love and care?? That's absurd your where not there!!! It's impossible to see and listen on CCTV.. If I was treated with care why would I complain??? It does not make any sense. You just think costumers are trash that just should handout money to you for whatever you throw at them. If I want I can look for promotions?? You really believed your that good that I don't have better other choices and I actually need to go there for pizza?? Your completely out of reality.

Google Bad Review (2): All black pizza and garlic bread (just burned and overcooked) has been delivered from them to me via Uber Eats. After issuing them, been told ‘we don't care, call Uber Eats'. So who does the pizza? Them or just drivers? Because i don't understand. edit/response : REFUND NEVER BEEN ISSUED – THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!
