Google Bad Review 1: Staff, in particular the manager, are rude. Incredibly unprofessional and never gets the most simple booking right. Not worth your money and time. They kept changing my booking time repeatedly, for no good reason and I put up with it four times. This time they called me and asked me if I really want their services, which is ridiculous since I know what I want. I said yes, only for them to cancel my booking the day after with no call or notice. Given tons and tons of excuses which did not make sense that were clearly lies. I asked to talk with the manager, who called me and yelled at me, without really getting the facts straight before calling me and just giving me other rubbish. She then called me rude, failing to acknowledge any of their incompetence and lack of professionalism. Avoid this place at all costs.

Google Bad Review (2): I've been a regular customer of Regency Beauty so it makes me sad to review with one star. I had a minor problem and emailed the owner asking if I could have my money back. No big deal but wasn't happy with the results that day and didn't want to pay for a service because of the unsatisfactory outcome. Julia emailed back offering me £5 off which is not fair for a £40 treatment, I politely declined and asked to have my money back. She is now not responding to my multiple (still polite) emails. This is terrible customer service. The complaint wasn't taken seriously and I won't be going back.
On a separate note, I would normally use Federica who is brilliant and better off working for herself. This is not a complaint against the beauticians just management.
