Google Bad Review: Their referencing takes really long – over a week and still not finished.
No way to call them – their phone number that you can find on Google is sales line only – once you have paid, you can only contact via webchat. Which is what I have done but the advisor was unhelpful at all – repeating the same sentence like a broken record.
The “case manager” that we were communicating with took ages to reply – these are urgent matters, so how can they leave customers hanging for days?!
I am actually considering withdrawing from this and if refuse to refund me, just take them to Small Claims Court.
Not worth a penny or a second of your time.
