Google Bad Review 1: Not a friendly and family business as advertise on Instagram site. DEFINITELY was when he was at the old shop in ilford but now seen it all about time and money witch is quite sad .as I said he has lost touch in his business as Steve said only a person lying on the table been tattoo is a Customer, and getting you Jen to write back to me as you were at home at the time !!Steve told me over the phone to bring my brother in law back as he heard the conversation in the shop and told me not to ever return as Steve said I was not a Customer Steve told me on the phone bring him back and I will sort him out .Steve has definitely lost touch his 2020 not 1970 !!

Google Bad Review 1: Had my eyebrows done at this place three years ago. They raised one of my eyebrows higher than the other one. I really was not happy with the end result, but they told me that I had agreed to the shape. After seeing myself with uneven eyebrows in every picture, I went to another place (BrowHaus) to have this problem fixed. BrowHaus made the unevenness a little better, but still, my right eyebrow is higher than the left one. My only option now is to have a tattoo removal. I really do wish that I had never gone to Permanent Beauty.
Edit after receiving the response from the owner: Thank you for letting me know that I provided the training ground for your specialist. I am still dealing with the damage she left – even after three years.

Google Bad Review (2): I visited for eyebrow microlading. Much higher cost than local treatments but I had heard good reviews from a friend. The treatment was fast, shape wasn't ideal, gave me peaked brows above my natural shape but it was an improvement on uneven brows. To their credit they did make both match. The part that I was unimpressed with was the follow up. It stated a top up was included. The day before something came up and I was given a list of t&c's and asked for more money if I wanted a top up as a day later would mean it was out of a time frame. That seemed highly unfriendly.
The second part I was left disappointed with was the fade. It was tattooed two months ago and already it's faded out and the gaps are back so I'm back to uneven brows.
Presales I was impressed, post sale unfortunately the opposite.
