Google Bad Review 1: Went there to get 2 of my dresses altered. One was a simple change of zip (pictured) and they ruined my brand new dress! As you can see- the alignment is awful in the picture and this is not how I brought the dress to them. I went back for my ‘completed' dress which the tailor had clearly butchered! All the threading was loose and it was presented to me worse than how I brought it in. Never been worn and brand new. The tailor and staff were not apologetic and had all the excuses in the world! They could not even alter my other dress… more excuses. The service was atrocious. No apology. Will never be back and would not recommend this place for dresses as they clearly cannot handle dresses, not their expertise by the looks of things from my poor experience with them. Disappointed that I gave in to all the lovely words and trusted them with my dresses which I need to wear soon. Never again.

Google Bad Review (2): Not the greatest of experiences with these guys. While on occasion there has been some grumpy customer service (which I can tolerate – we all have bad days) what really got me was the fact that on two occasions their drying cleaning “machine” ripped two pairs of my trousers. On both occasions they didn't mention it and left me to find out on my own days later when wearing my suits.
The first occasion I actually thought I had done it myself and PAID them to do a repair (which turned out awfully and since you can't buy the suit trousers anymore, I've had to replace the whole suit with a new one).
On the second occasion it was a brand new suit and I'll give them their due they did fix it quickly albeit not quite being the same as before the damage. What was funny was apology where I was told “Normally when we find things ripped or damaged, we repair it before handing it back, sorry we missed it..” So beware, if you think your clothes fit differently after getting them cleaned here, you might not be imagining it!
