Google Bad Review 1:  As a new mum this was my first “alone time” to relax and be taken care off.
I went to this hair salon to get my roots done.

My hairdresser spoke very poorly English which made it hard to communicate and explain to her how I wanted my hair done.
Decided to do highlights with foil, which I had to help her with for every foil!! I couldn't sit and relax and read a magazine because I had to assist her with her job.
I don't have long thick hair but it took her 4 hours before she was done with the highlights (and she took another costumers in between so I had to sit and wait more than 1 hour.
I couldn't even cut my hair because I didn't have time to stay any longer.

Completely waste of money and time! Can't recommend this salon to anyone.

The attitude of the staffs were horrible.I brought my new shoes on Friday, they said it will be ready on Saturday. I came Monday, it took the guy half hour to find my shoes. Apparently, the store is very unorganised, and they throw the shoes everywhere and do not treasure customers' shoes. Then I finally found my shoes myself( it was hanged on the wall, I saw it), and they are not ready yet! How could you promise a customers that the shoes will be ready on Saturday and they are not done on Monday?

Then I told my friend. And she told me that she got her shoes repair there. It was literally the worse shoe repair ever. Very bad! If you really wanna you shoes repaired well, go to another store.

Google Bad Review (2):  If I can rate 0 star I will do it. Very bad customer service. The attitude of the staffs were horrible.I brought my new shoes on Friday, they said it will be ready on Saturday. I came Monday, it took the guy half hour to find my shoes. Apparently, the store is very unorganised, and they throw the shoes everywhere and do not treasure customers' shoes. Then I finally found my shoes myself( it was hanged on the wall, I saw it), and they are not ready yet! How could you promise a customers that the shoes will be ready on Saturday and they are not done on Monday?

Then I told my friend. And she told me that she got her shoes repair there. It was literally the worse shoe repair ever. Very bad! If you really wanna you shoes repaired well, go to another store.
