Google Bad Review 1:  Incredibly rude!
They sent me away 3 min after 1'o clock on Sataurday with an obvious severe tooth infection. They sent me to Newham hospital, there is no dentist there, they lost 3 hours of my time while in terrible pain. WOULD
NEVER VISIT THEM AGAIN!

Google Bad Review (2):  If you have any dental issues that are depriving you of sleep, either go to an emergency dentist at the hospital or get hammered and try and pull the offending tooth out yourself.
Although the staff are pleasant enough, the info you get for a referral to a dental clinic is minimal at best orcontradictory if you query it.
After being told by the clinic I was referred to that I need to book an assessment appointment and my dentist would have known this, I called Flindall's and asked why none of this was explained, as i have never needed an assessment on the 2 previous times i was referred (to the same clinic). I got some odd responses and zero help.
The guy I spoke to told me that the dentist wouldn't know about an assessment appointment, despite then telling me that the hundreds he has referred since my last appointment would have needed an assessment to make sure the tooth wasn't close to a nerve, whether the patient could be sedated, etc.
He then said that some people have been referred and had their treatment carried out. Apparently, this is dependant on how busy they are (so, sometimes they're not worried about nerves in your gums)
Obviously, I asked how they could be too busy to perform an extraction but not to carry out an assessment- unless they get some random member if staff to carry out the assessment?…
He then lost all knowledge as to how the clinic book appointments.
I would have been as much in the know if I had gone to the park and asked a pigeon.
So in summary, you get to pay 3 times to have one tooth out and it will take around 4 weeks.
I just hope I don't get hooked on painkillers!
