Google Bad Review 1:  My experience was completely destroyed by Salim Juwa – avoid him. He was unhygienic (touched his mouth under the mask, didn't clean his hands and then touched my eyes), was very unpleasant and rude, instead of 5 trial lenses, he wanted to give me only 2 pairs saying ”this is company's property”, he aggressively pushed me to get lenses I didn't like, probably to get a commission. Basically he is very incompetent and his energy is just so negative, I left never wanting to come back and I was planning to be a loyal customer

Google Bad Review (2):  I was very disappointed about this company.

The Groupon voucher is very vague and doesnt say 100% that you will have -£100 from the price of the glasses.
Most of the nice glasses there are £300/400.

When i got there and i exaplained what i thought the receptionist was really rude and totally unpolite.

I had my eye test done and i had drops so i coudnt choose a pair of glasses and i had to come again the week after.
During the week i had 2 voicemails from them and when i called them they had no idea why am i calling.
My appointment once was moved at different times and everytime the lady on the phone was really rude.
I must mention some of the girls that work there are VERY nice and very helpful.
I iust think they need to work a bit more to organise themselves.
