Google Bad Review 1: Worst experience. Really Bad experience at this place. Install badly done, lumps at the back. No smooth finish awful
I said no glue on full frontal and it was like I committed a crime. She struggled and ended up cutting up the overbleached frontal. The frontal looks very cheap now and I bought it from a reputable London company.
The women who did my hair didn't know how to fix it up. Sprays and mousse to cover up a lot I was gobsmacked that you ask for so much money and don't know what you are doing. I ended up doing through the motions but really wanted to get out of that place.
This was a lot of money guys £183. The biggest con. I am really upset the money I spent for a honeyhand experience..the videos on YouTube and Instagram are not the experience or the look you get..to say I am disappointed is an understatement. I'm agrieved.
You get charged for a cap, something not written on their site. Oo let's find other ways to rip this people off
You pay a lot of money and expect a service. She couldn't even read the queues of how upset I was and took a while to give my change – I just wanted to get out of there. I travelled from far and regret it.

Google Bad Review (2): I had such a bad experience at this salon! I asked what I needed to bring I was told a wig cap and 3 packs of hair-they would provide the frontal. Booked my appointment at the beginning of Jan 2016. The DAY before my appointment (mid Feb 16) they told me they had no frontals left so They had to cancel unless I could bring my own AND I needed to move my appointment from 3.30 to 2. I have read such good reviews online, I rearranged my day and Turned up at 2 with a frontal I got last minute. I started getting my hair done at 4pm-complete waste of time. Wig caps she said I need 2(never explained before), so I had to buy from them! Because they had no frontals I sorted my own and when I have it to them they said that it wasn't good enough (the only reason I bought my own was because they let me down with less than 24hrs notice!) the final straw-I was told wig would cost £80 but when I went to pay (they don't take card which they also don't tell you about in advance) she said it was £120…even though others with lace frontals before me paid £80. Absolute joke-trying to be a premium salon but nowhere near! I was not the only one to experience this-during my appointment 2 other clients complained.
