Google Bad Review:  I had a viewing for a house at 7pm and I had to live my newborn baby and my daughter at home with someone to look after them and my husband had to leave his work 2 hours earlier to be in time for the viewing. 20 minutes earlier they emailed me(not even called or texted) to reschedule the viewing for next day because the agent that had the keys was in the other side of town and I told them that i was already at the house because I was on my way when they sent the email and saw it when i arrived. When i called them to tell them to come because I was already there they said they would call their colleague to ask if they could come and will call me back. He never called,he emailed again after 10 minutes that they can not come !!! Very very unprofessional!!! I am very dissatisfied from the agency they didnt even call to apologise!!!
