Google Bad Review:  Impossible to get through to the musculoskeletal clinic. After navigating the terrible phone system options (that put you through to health assessment bookings if you choose MSK) I was eventually sent through to the main BUPA call centre because no one was answering. The call centre couldn’t book my appointment so I was redirected to a receptionist who also couldn’t book my appointment. She gave me a number to call and that led me to the same call centre. The call centre tried the MSK clinic again and I was told that they were too busy to answer the phone. After spending over an hour on the phone (each time I called I held for about 10-15 mins), the receptionist for the dental centre kindly made an appointment for me.
Absolutely painful and unacceptable level of service. Judging from the comments below, this seems to be a recurring theme.

My friend and I had the worst cinema experience here for sure! We had high expectations on the cinema due to the good reviews, seats are quite nice, but the people around us distracted us so much during the movie, and the staff didn’t seem to be very professional.

– relatively tiny screen, defo need to sit in the front but we sat at the back as we didn’t know
– no one checked the tickets
– we thought delivering the food was good before the movie started, but the staff actually delivered it DURING THE MOVIE AS WELL, which blocked the screen whenever they were around
– people seemed to be starving and thirsty, they kept going to buy food and drinks DURING THE MOVIE, and we’re at the back so being blocked by them whenever they went, and the lady in the front kept going to get drinks (4 times at least during the movie)
– a guy walked pass us and he completely blocked the screen
– someone coughed without wearing a mask, and she’s sitting on our right
– the guys at the back row blocked part of the projector while walking
– a phone rang with classic nokia ringtone, and the guy ACTUALLY PICKED UP THE PHONE
– another phone rang and the guy answered the phone as well
– the two girls next to us were having alcohol which needed a ice bucket, and the ice bucket dropped during the movie and made SO MUCH NOISE coz it hit the table and the seat in the front and the floor and they tried to pick it up with the torch on
– a staff was cleaning up the tables, and she started walking when the post credit scene came up and blocked part of the screen

all these literally happened AROUND US, i’m not sure if it’s because of Monday where members can bring a person for free to the movie, but this really is the worst cinema experience ever. I personally think people should not get any food or drinks during the movie since this would create huge distractions to others.

Google Bad Review 1:  Not as good as good as other exercise studios.

Boxing classes are overcrowded, not challenging and poorly instructed. Versa climber class is better but still boring, definitely not as good as spinning. The rooms are also too warm and not properly air conditioned compared to other exercise studios so you sweat more, and obviously the more you sweat the better the exercise was.

Icing on the cake has to be the poor customer service. Loved being shouted at by Managment Rory Spicer (who I see has given his own workplace a 5* review below…) when asking for a refund.

If you are looking for good workout, don't worry – Barrys is right next door!

Google Bad Review (2):  Called to cancel rebook the week’s booking due to back pain, receptionist was not helpful, and a bit rude ..:

Boxing class was packed with too many people and only one instructor, so he end up can’t looking after both sides properly. Climbing is interesting, but not as interesting as spinning.

I signed up for the £40 get hooked class and I am not hooked, I perfect the old spinning class before (closed down) so much more, instructors and staff were much friendlier.

After the final class don’t think I would go back even with £10 a class.

Google Bad Review 1:  Not as good as good as other exercise studios.

Boxing classes are overcrowded, not challenging and poorly instructed. Versa climber class is better but still boring, definitely not as good as spinning. The rooms are also too warm and not properly air conditioned compared to other exercise studios so you sweat more, and obviously the more you sweat the better the exercise was.

Icing on the cake has to be the poor customer service. Loved being shouted at by Managment Rory Spicer (who I see has given his own workplace a 5* review below…) when asking for a refund.

If you are looking for good workout, don't worry – Barrys is right next door!

Google Bad Review (2):  Called to cancel rebook the week’s booking due to back pain, receptionist was not helpful, and a bit rude ..:

Boxing class was packed with too many people and only one instructor, so he end up can’t looking after both sides properly. Climbing is interesting, but not as interesting as spinning.

I signed up for the £40 get hooked class and I am not hooked, I perfect the old spinning class before (closed down) so much more, instructors and staff were much friendlier.

After the final class don’t think I would go back even with £10 a class.
