Google Bad Review 1:  I went to change my watch battery and they asked me to come back 20min later .. after returning, they said one of screw was missing and said they received in this way, besides lot of scratches in the back.. when I protest, he repeated that he is not lying.. perhaps he tried to open manually and made the scratches.. the strap also wet with some liquid.. may be used to clean the battery.. anyway.. now I have to order new strap which would cost me at least £50.. how come first world country allow this type of shop…

Google Bad Review (2):  Completely unprofessional and dishonest phone shop I have ever come across. Initially charge me £25 to fix my phone battery issue. Called me later on the day to inform his technician broke the ribbon which connects the battery to the motherboard. And then says I will have the pay an additional £25.00 for the damage his own technician has done. He then backtracks on his words and says his technician did not break the device but I will still have to give an additional £25.00 on top of the £25.00 to fix the phone otherwise he will not give me my phone back. I requested my phone back as I had provided and he refused and cut the phone call.

I eventually got my phone back, but this was one of the most horrible and disgusting mobile repair stores I have ever come across. Complete scammers that want to extract as much money out of customers as possible. AVOID!!!
