Google Bad Review 1:  Very expensive. Came to adjust a lock they had previously fitted. Took 15 mins (at the most) and I was charged £90 + VAT. I know this is the standard call out charge (it wasn't an emergency call out) but it seems excessive.

Google Bad Review (2):  Shocking customer service, sold us the wrong lock even though they were shown images of the lock in question, STILL charged 25% when it was taken back for a refund for a lock that should of cost £35 normally instead they charged £85 as they knew we needed it ASAP, would avoid this shop like the plague, 1, if you dont want to get ripped off and 2, if you dont want to be spoken to like you are stupid when it is the shop assistants fault in the first place
