Google Bad Review 1:  Absolutely infuriating experience. Am waiting on a diagnosis and the doctor had no information about my queries- I had to do research and get the answers for myself. Made a request for them to send a simple referral email and they got back to me three weeks later with something I hadn't even asked for and three weeks on, I'm still waiting for them to complete the initial ask.

And trying to get in touch on the phone is a nightmare. Takes at least 9 tries to even get onto the switchboard as it says ‘line busy' and immediately drops the call. No call waiting in place as far as I can see, more cross your fingers and hope. Tried calling today at 17:15 and the automated voice said their opening hours end at 18:30 and then the message immediately proceeded to tell me they were closed. Please update your opening times on the website!

Google Bad Review 1:  Myself and my family have been patients with this practice since I was born, and am disappointed to say that it has become one of the worst GP surgeries around.

I actually liked my doctor since the transition from Stag Holyrood Surgery to Jai Medical Centre. Dr Sapna Patel is a very warm, friendly doctor and I trusted her completely with any of mine and my families health concerns over the last few years. However, since the pandemic began she never seems to be there.

Even before Covid existed, it was such a chore to even get an appointment with a doctor (kept having to go through other clinicians first/healthcare assistants/nurses) or basic things like picking up a referral letter or obtaining blood test results.

Myself and my family members have had various phone consultations and have been thrown from pillar to post speaking to random doctors or nurses who I have never even heard of. On one occasion, I was refused a face-to-face appointment and was asked to instead send a picture of it (the infection was right at the back of my throat..how on earth can I take a decent picture of this region?!!) After sending the picture, a doctor there misdiagnosed the bacterial infection I had for a fungal infection and prescribed the wrong antibiotics!! Luckily my own limited knowledge of antibiotics picked up on this and after 2 or 3 long-winded, back-and-forth conversations with reception staff, I was finally actually seen by a doctor given the correct antibiotic.

On other occasions (before Covid), when calling at 8am for an emergency appointment, I have been told that unfortunately there are no doctors in today?!!! How you run a GP surgery with no doctor in is beyond me!

As lovely as Dr Sapna is, unfortunately all her staff in reception and management of the practice in general have seriously let her down and have effectively ruined the reputation of this GP surgery to the point where I no longer trust them with my families healthcare.

It is honestly such a shame as I have such fond memories growing up with this surgery when it was run by the likes of Dr Bano and others.
But I simply have lost faith in this practice after giving them chance after chance over the last few years.
It's being run more like a business rather than healthcare.

We have now registered elsewhere, where so far I have had a far better experience.

Google Bad Review 1:  I attended an appointment at this clinic on a thursday. I was given the name of someone to contact regarding ongoing treatment however she had no availability. I emailed the clinic back the next day to ask for the name of someone else to see and was told to await a response. 1 week later and despite several emails being sent, I am still waiting. This is very poor service for a clinic that charged me almost £500 for a one hour consultation.

Google Bad Review (2):  Terrible customer service. I would not use this clinic again. A warning for potential customers.
1) The clinic overcharged me for an appointment I had with a specialist. It took five months of continuous chasing to get them to give any sort of refund for the amount overcharged, at which point they refused to refund the full overcharge as the specialist had part of the money (despite the fact that they had taken the payment from me directly)
2) Misdiagnosed a fractured collarbone in my 2 year old son. it was only when he was still hurting three weeks later and we took him to a specialist at UCL that we go the right answer.

Google Bad Review (2):  After canceling our appointment the day before without rescheduling, I finally managed to organize a new home visit with a podiatrist. I am a support worker and I work with vulnerable adults. All I needed was the podiatrist to do my customer's feet and nails.
They attended her flat and did her feet.
The following week I went to visit my client and showed to me the work done. She said they only cut and filed her nails but didn't touch her feet. She spent £85 for only cutting her nails? The service was supposed to include whole feet treatment that wasn't done.
Very disappointed, won't rely on this company in the future.
