Google Bad Review 1:  I had a horrendous appointment today with Dr Dina Ashraf , her room was in the back different to where the other doctors consulting room was (strange) , I chose her this time since I'm going away on holiday soon and I wanted my ear wax microsuctioned and I've come here previously and I've consulted with Dr Olivia Corrington, she was amazing!!!! so friendly,caring and removed alot of wax from both my ears and told me I had eustachian tube dysfunction (something my own GP couldn't even figure out for years ); I would've booked with Dr Olivia Corrington again however there wasn't any available dates for her otherwise I would've booked her again( which goes to show she is high in demand and great ).Dr Dina Ashraf didn't seem like she cared at all, I have a lot of wax in my ears and she told me there's nothing in there, and didn't even check properly , it was so different and bad compared to my other appointment. I paid £70 for nothing, what a waste of money, does it make sense to pay the whole amount if I didn't even get any microsuction done? She probably couldn't be bothered to remove the wax, and wanted to tell me hurry along;Plus she literally spoke to me for less than 10 minutes, I got the vibe that she didn't care for me as a patient at all, whilst with Dr Olivia Corrington it was the complete opposite(I can't praise her enough). So to conclude, if you are wondering which Dr to choose when coming here, go with Dr Olivia Corrington and not Dr Dina Ashraf she seems inexperinced,lazy and not caring. Hope I save someone some money and time with this review.

Google Bad Review (2):  Having had clicking in my ear for several years and not getting much help from my GP. I decided to try Ear Care Lab. I must say I’m very disappointed to find out that they are in fact GP’s doing this on the side and not ear specialists. I paid £105 expecting a proper diagnosis and some kind of treatment plan. Instead I was told exactly what my GP had previously said after Dr Dina had quick look in my ear. They even wanted to charge me an extra £15 just to write a prescription! I would not recommend
