Google Bad Review 1:  Came across this lovely looking cafe and decided to go in for some late brunch with a friend of mine.
Upon arrival we were greeted immediately and explained we didn't have a reservation. We were seated instantly, however from then onwards it was nothing but issues.
Our waitress took our order and it took over 20 minutes for one of our drinks to arrive. We then approached the waitress and asked for our other drink which they had forgotten, they then brought a cup of tea and when told that it was meant to be a pot, not a cup we were told that they don't do pots.
Only to then see two tables being served with pots of tea.
The waitress then approached us after a further 15 minutes and apologised that she had nit put our food order through and asked if we could repeat it.
They then brought our food and the order was incorrect. Which meant this had to go back to the kitchen. After a further 15 minutes our food came and I asked for a refill, as I was told I could have one due to them not doing pots of tea despite it being on the menu.
From then on we had to ask the two waitresses four times for a refill which never came. We then asked for the bill and they then finally brought my refill in a pot as we were leaving.
It took roughly an hour and a half to be severed with tea, coffee, juices and toast with smashed avocado and eggs.
We were told that we would be given a discount for the inconvenience but when the bill arrived there was none. So we did ask for some form of discount and thankfully the pot of tea and service charge were removed.
I would understand a delay in a busy place but there were only roughly 5 tables at the time being served and when we left there were 2. Unfortunately this was a really disappointing ans frustrating experience
