I ordered from this company a couple of months ago and got a canvas printed by them. It looked really cute. So I decided to print the same image on coasters…

Before I ordered my canvas I remember seeing mixed reviews and alot of people complaining about their customer service and quality but because my first experience was pleasant I decided to purchase from then again.

This is when I saw what people were really talking about…

My coasters came back looking absolutely AWFUL! And after emails back and fourth to their customer services department their reasons for why that was the case was laughable.

Because my image was originally a hand drawn piece which I had taken a photo of they argued that was the reason for the poor quality. But I had SEVERAL issues aside from the quality:

1) One coaster was printed on wonky.
2) One coaster had been printed over TWICE leaving fuzzy double lines.
3) One coaster had a section of my drawing missing.

I presented them with ALL THESE OTHER PROBLEMS and they still made it out like it was my fault when it was CLEARLY their careless printing!

After several emails they said they would offer me a refund if I sent back the coasters. They were supposed to email me their return address but didn't. Then I get an email saying they gave me store credit WHICH I SPECIFICALLY SAID I DIDN'T WANT.

I got so tired from having to email them back and fourth I let them win in the end. I couldn't be bothered to stoop to their level. They kept my money, I kept my sanity.

Please please please:

I ignored the bad reviews in the beginning but they were absolutely right.

Do not order with this company.

(I've attached a photo of the worst coaster so you can see what I mean.)

Google Bad Review (2):  BEWARE ! This company does not appear to honor it's promo-codes. The sent me a ‘personalized' promo code for ‘BUY1GET1'.
I contacted them by phone, and the cust. service person investigated and told me that he could not get the promo code to work either, and promised to send me a new one that worked. Never got the new code, and all I get now is a run-around suggesting I try things that I have already told them don't work.
VERY DISAPPOINTED !
I will never buy from them again, nor will I recommend them to anyone.
