Google Bad Review 1:  I am a customer who has paid this dentist well over £1,000 for treatment in the past but when I called today to make an appointment I was asked to pay immediately over the phone – and that after being asked to “hold on” three times by the receptionist who obviously didn't know how to book a check-up and the hygienist at the same time, nor could she get my date of birth right. Past experience with this dental clinic was exemplary, but obviously they are now trying to resolve the problem of people making appointments which they don't keep. If they want to retain my custom however they will have to find a different way which will treat existing clients with at least a modicum of respect.

Google Bad Review (2):  I arrived with pain in my wisdom tooth on Wednesday last week. The dentist looked and said that it is decayed, there was a hole. I said to take it out. She didn't, instead filled it “temporarily”. After she finished, she explained that the filling is just like a gum and that it's not going to last long. The following day I was feeling pain, like a cut in my mouth but I put that down to thinking it could be the anaesthetic injection wearing off after the filling. By Saturday noon, I was in a lot of pain. I asked my friend to have look inside my moth and she said that all my moth is black and swallowed with pockets of infected liquid. Inside my mouth around the problem toots I was open wounded, there is a hole next to the tooth and infection. My gums, bone and face hurt. I went to Royal free on Saturday, waited about 4 hours to be seen, when the A&E doctor saw me, he told me to call emergency dentist, which I did and was given an appointment that Saturday evening. The emergency dentist that saw me told me that it's an infection, that the wisdom tooth is broken, hence cutting into my cheek skin, I was prescribed 2 different antibiotics for a week and told to contact my dentist.
On Monday morning I contacted the dentist I told them what happened, that they will have to put the tooth right, they will fix it of they will referr me to hospital to have extraction or whatever was the best thing to do. The receptionist said that she needed to speak with the dentist that worked on me last week and that she will call me back. I didn't hear anything back until about 1-1:30 pm. I had to call back, I asked me to hold the line and my call was transferred to Shahab who has work on my tooth two years ago, it wasn't him who worked on my tooth last week Wednesday, and he said to me very quickly:”hi Sami, this is Shahab, based on your comment you posted on the surgery's google page website, you will have to look for another dentist”. I was shocked, I couldn't believe that, they take your money, damage you, make your condition worse. Because of the attitude and unacceptable answer via the phone, I am taking it further and complain to the relevant bodies and will ask for the lost days of work to be recovered.
