Google Bad Review:  Where can I start? I’ve never taken the time out to write a negative review before. To summarise, two years of a miserable experience: Worst dental practice I’ve ever come across. Complete lack of follow through when they start a treatement process, for a treatment plan they can only offer you one appointment even if they know you will need two or three appointments to finish a root canal. This means a treatment plan that can be finished in a month can take months. They miss important signs that could avoid future problems and avoid unnecessary cost to patients. I recently asked for X-rays and was told that all was ok. I went to another dentist recently who identified I have a bad tooth that will require a tooth extraction. What a waste of my money and time paying for X-rays if they can’t identify the most basic of things. Worst of all – they have a completely incompetent surgeon who failed at a tooth implant (twice) costing me almost 4 thousands of pounds (my new and current dentist told me it’s a simple procedure). Further There is no after care after a big surgery, as their surgeon only visits the clinic once a month. So if you have issues post surgery they ask you to wait a month before you can see the surgeon for an opinion or consultation. To top it off one of their dentists (Sandra Garcia Martin) is dismissive/rude (maybe partly defensive even) when Informing her of that I am still experiencing serious pain in my tooth months after a root canal, trying to convince me that the pain I’m experiencing is in my head. I was silly to keep this practice as my main dental clinic but it was convenient as it is close to my home. I will never visit this dental practice again and I suggest you find elsewhere if you are looking for a reliable practice to give you proper professional guidance and thorough recommendations for your dental treatment. AVOID. Awful awful experience.
