Google Bad Review (2):  Update: A year later-service is still terrible, accountant advice improved slightly and then they didn’t notify me to file my confirmation statement or that I needed to be aware of, even after speaking recently on the phone. Admitted fault from their side that emails weren’t functioning properly and obviously the phone calls aren’t a thing. With one day to file my statement the software link isn’t working and I get a 404… and no update. Surprise surprise. If you are a new business they only make issues worse.
Any accountant recommendations welcome

11 months ago: I've joined Crunch nearly a month ago as I was impressed by the proactive approach and information by Joshua – since I've joined I have felt let down – almost a month later I'm still dragging on trying to work out how to use the system – but only basic things – which could also be down to the fact that I am am new at having to manage my accounts – but one of the main reasons I joined Crunch. I contacted Customer Services and things improved with my account manager – but in between working a contract and getting to speak with my account manager – it drags things out. Yes Joshua was proactive and calling me out of work hours to suit with quick email response times – but once you've signed up you have to fit in getting used to the software/managing the account and queries around the working day hours and getting your co off the ground its a frustration- if you have a query – sometimes it gets answered the next day but then you come across another problem that needs answering… Its taken me nearly two weeks to figure out how to pay myself as simple things aren't highlighted when you are going to sort things out. I expect it may take another month to get that sorted. The Help section hasn't really helped me, as it doesn't give you information on step by step – eg CSV uploads if they get an error and you've followed the help section. Any serious questions I've had to research myself. I'm trying to give the benefit of the doubt as I was recommended by a few friends but from what I'm gathering – Crunch is like Marmite. I think it would be great if you would be able to contact Crunch outside traditional working hours to ensure quicker response times or ease – perhaps that would give me a better experience.
