Google Bad Review 1:  Horrible parts department – people are working there who don't even know anything about their own car manufacturer that they are working for.

Where do I start – I needed a whole front bumper with extra plastic cosmetics around it. I kept getting wrong plastic bits etc. even though I had the car with me and I showed what I needed – they still either ordered wrong bits for me, or didn't order some bits at all. It's now going to be the 5th time in a row I've visited this parts department, can't wait till the whole bumper is completed and after owning this car, I'm never buying another Skoda in my life. This situation just proves what kind of employees are getting hired there.

Google Bad Review (2):  This is the worse company I have ever had to deal with in all my life..
We initially walked into buy a part to be told Claire at parts was on lunch! And we would have to wait.why they didn't have another member of staff covering her lunch is terrible management.
We then decided to pay £96 for diagnosis, to come back telling us nothing was wrong and to take photos as we were driving along
Totally fobbed us off!!
When they agreed that there was something wrong with the car and it was not long out of warranty they said they would repair the car as a good will gesture, to come back the next day and completely denied saying it.
Absolutely disgracfull company, our car is only 3 years old.to do this to my elderly parents just before Christmas is terrible! we would like our £96 back…minus 5stars STAY AWAY from this company would rather buy a car from thier rival company LADA .
