Google Bad Review: The doctors are fine and behave in a professional manner but the receptionist staff are in need of training in dealing with patients who have been diagnosed with asperger syndrome and serious mental health issues as myself. They after taking my money for a letter made me wait over 8 weeks for a response as apparently its difficult to copy and paste a letter with the gp heading.
They owed my money 35 pounds as they abused me and made me feel suicidal and as a result I get anxiety returning to the gp.
The doctor is perfect why they can't take a leaf from he's book I'll never know but the point is they need to be better able to speak to people with disabilities and mental health issues instead of making them feel worthless they should try to be patient and not make vulnerable adults feel lost.
It is a real shame as I hate writing a bad review but I feel its my duty to inform others who suffer the same as me that this practice is not suited for them.
Hopefully they incorporate better people skills in the future.
