Google Bad Review 1:  Property prices are skyrocket maybe its the market nowadays but the chartered surveyor said your branch shootin out the league for half damage decaying properties chargin 600k+ I asked a disgruntled neighbour who was on your market, he was unhappy. Nor that I am puttin a sign up either so stop phishing junk leaflets letter boxes that will go straight to recyling bin. How can I trust Robinson Jackson, I'm going to your rivals instead. Get realistic with prices!

Google Bad Review (2):  Avoid the Robinson Jackson Property Management team at all costs. In the end I gave up on them, and contacted my tenants directly (my tenants confirm they prefer dealing with me personally, as the service Robinson Jackson Lettings were so poor). Nearly £300 pounds a month for doing absolutely nothing. Their customer service skills are non-existent. My rent was repeatedly paid late, with poor explanation. Their fees have been a complete waste of money. So poor in fact, that I have sold my property. They could do well to have some customer facing training from the Sales team in Blackfen, who are excellent.
