SCHEDULED A RENTAL VALUATION WITH NICOLE PHILLIPS, WHO APPARENTLY HAS 20 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN LETTINGS AND IS APPARENTLY ABLE TO ‘PROVIDE LANDLORDS AND TENANTS THE BEST POSSIBLE SERVICE'
SHE DID NOT SHOW OR CALL TO ADVISE WHY – I ALSO CONFIRMED THIS APPOINTMENT TWICE BEFORE THE DAY – NO PHONE CALL OR APOLOGY – I LOGGED A COMPLAINT AND GEMMA INSISTED TO SAY IT WAS MY FAULT – VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

Google Bad Review (2): The sale moved quickly, but that was mainly because I did all the photos myself because the ones they took were awful, and I made the floorplan because they would have taken weeks.
They wrote the advert and it had spelling mistakes and errors in it – I had to tell them to take it down and change several parts.
When they did viewings they turned people away because they wanted to get back to the shop. They didn't think I'd find out, but I was checking my security cameras.
They are cheap relative to most other agents and the due diligence they did on checking deposits of people making offers etc was good.
Sales progression was almost non existent and there was no upselling but I do believe I got more with them than I would have with the likes of Purple Bricks, but the fact I paid them double that of my solicitor when they did only a few hours of work is painful to accept.
