Google Bad Review 1:  Our room was at the back of the hotel at either side of the room,outside was a scrap yard and a wood yard, at 6.45am we where woking by the sound of a fork lift truck, this felt like it was coming into the room, the noise was horrendous. I spoke with manager who offered us another however this room was not exceptable, she offered us a 2 night redund, we where unable to move to another hotel at this short notice, so we excepted this and decied to put up with it. However on returning home i have been inform my the manager Nina that she would not be refunding me and has basic called me a liar and insulted me. The room was very hot loud noise and you needed to keep the blinds shut as the workmen at either side can see into the room. I feel sad i have never written a review thats bad before but i feel this need to be said.
