Google Bad Review 1:  in the past i remember this shop as a great place to visit with a vast range of clothing and plenty of helpful staff crammed behind the counter , busy searching for the parts needed.
I am sorry to say ,my last visit to the main store was a real dissapiontment.
The store looked scruffy and uninviting and the service was anything but welcoming.
The visit to the service department over the road was ok, a helpful mechanic pressed the main link on my new chain for me for free.
but considering i had spent about £130 in the store on these parts plus fork oil, it felt like i had been a pain for interupting their conversation.
Come on AYE GEE bring back those good high standards i remember
