Google Bad Review (2):  Unfortunately the service department can thank the business for this. I have been dealing with premier autocentres for a while and until now they have been fantastic and the sales team are amazing. However I purchased a car and when I took it for a test drive it had a heated rear screen not working properly which my husband pointed out as he is in the trade. We went ahead with the vehicle and when I picked the vehicle up they actually gave me the wrong car and I drove away in an uninsured vehicle the car was the same make and colour but it had a different reg number .The sale's team were very accommodating and apologetic and fixed it promtly. Unfortunately the issue after that when I dropped my vehicle off for the rear screen heater to be fixed the service advisor Alex who I believe now is very new to the business did not follow through with procedures when giving me a courtesy car and I did not receive the paperwork for it. If I had been pulled over by the police I would have no proof and if I had an accident under terms and conditions I would have no documents to prove this. The service manager we have had to deal with is appalling. Very rude, dismissive and would not let me finish my sentence. He was talking over me and he said it was potentially my fault. They even gave me an empty tank of petrol for the courtesy car which is disappointing and disgusting as the issue was not my fault in the first place. I did not even know how to use the damm car and was not given a walk around with the advisor. I now would not use this garage or buy any vehicles from this place again.
