Google Bad Review 1: My partner booked a test drive for a Seat Ibiza for 1pm, we arrived at 12:55 but were told the salesteam were having a “Directors” meeting and would be 5 mins.
We were shown to a seating area and offered a coffee, 25 mins later still no salesman, so we left, after making out point on the incredibly bad customer service, I hope it actually was the director sitting there and can take on board this is no way to treat serious prospective purchasers, we won't be going back!
The one star was just for the decent coffee machine!

Google Bad Review (2): I would give zero if possible. Just make sure they are honest with you about what you are actually buying. They took my money and then decided to tell me the car was under a manufacturers recall. Basically I thought I was buying a five seater car seat in perfect working order but it turns out you can only take 4 people in it as the middle rear seat belt is dangerous. Don’t you think that’s something people should know BEFORE you take their money?! Appalling behaviour. DO NOT buy from these people.
PS: the owner says “contact the sales manager at the branch”! Hilarious suggestion as of course I have already done that and he doesn't have the slightest bit of interest in the fact that I am still a seriously unhappy customer. The customer is King, but not at WJ King ironically.
