I went on there Facebook page to get more scope of this care home only to be blocked by the administrater for posting a reasonable comment. Manager seem to be inadequate in writing a formal post. Imagine what else is happening.

She recently moved upstairs & a member of staff took us up in the lift. I was really shocked about how dirty my friends room was, dirty floor, walls, & her bedding it broke my heart seeing her like that.
