Google Bad Review 1:  DO NOT TOUCH THIS CARE AGENCY.
AS LACK OF CARE I wish I could give no stars. Totally unprofessional service. Leave my mum who has dementia in a dirty pad for over 16 hours. Luckily I go to my mum every evening and change her otherwise I would hate to think of what she would be like. Leave her with no bedding when changing her bed. Don't always give her medication, when I checked her meds they hadn't been given the night before hence leaving her 24 hours without her meds. Her heart tablets has to be given 12 hours apart. When you call them to complain they about at you. I was supposed to have a meeting with the care manager Melrose but she didn't turn up and when I rang them and asked where she was she called to say she had training and couldn't attend
I have been waiting for over 3 weeks for a reschedule appt. Say they can't do the times my mum needs but was quite okay to take the care plan on. When we went through the care plan they said they could do it but despite numerous failings they now say thet can't.
DO NOT TOUCH THIS CARE AGENCY BECAUSE THEY DONT KNOW WHAT CARE MEANS. obviously only care about getting the money

Google Bad Review (2):  Absolutely disgusting the on call woman was screaming at me because I complained about the carers being rude in and out in 7 minutes when the call is for half hour, care companies are bad but this is diabolical you should be ashamed
