Google Bad Review 1:  Christian from Green facilities is very rude, unprofessional and unreliable. My partner worked for this company over a month ago and never got paid. When it came down to calling and messaging him for how long, is either he was asleep or he did not respond at all acting as if he was busy. When he finally got through, Christian was rude and told him that my partner did not have a contract with him( Christian hired him) and that it was not his problem. Please steer clear of this company if you are an employee!!!

Google Bad Review (2):  This business is a scam, I just had a cleaner showing up almost an hour before appointment unannouced, only know two words of English, luckily my partner could speak bulgarian with her. She then left half an hour before the 2 hours we booked – caught her leaving on our way back from lunch. Her excuse was “need to leave early for my next appointment”, umm that's not what we paid for?

When we checked the flat there are obviously areas weren't cleaned, the bathroom smelled musty and worse than before the cleaning. The dirty cloths were just left in sink, the used damp mop just got put back in storage, the hoover weren't emptied…the list goes on.

The cleaner they sent before this one was also bulgarian, but at least she cleaned better. However out of 3 appointments, she left two of them 10-15 mins early, the last one she took liberty to leave half an hour early because my partner had to work in bedroom. Didn't ask or offer if there's anything else she could help clean, just took the “one room is occupied” as a “free money for doing nothing” ticket. When we made a complaint and request to not pay for the half hour, the arguement was just “it's your fault also our website said minimum 2hours”. She was not remotely sorry or apologetic for the service of her team and that's saying a lot.

The company also only accepts direct bank transfer as payment- that you have to wire manually every time. It is very inconvenient, dodgy and barbaric.

Do not believe the seemingly proper website setup, you basically only email this one person call Valentina at her personal email address. I highly doubt there's any legit business structure beyond this person and her eastern european recruits.

Google Bad Review 1:  TRULY TERRIBLE COMPANY! I hired this company to do a deep cleaning of my carpet. I was at work and my girlfriend let them into my flat. When i came home from work, I was greeted with not only the one existing stain on my carpet growing exponentially, but 3 new stains!! When I contacted Crown “cleaners”, they were rude, passive aggressive, and didn't provide even one solution. I ended up paying 84 pounds for a cleaner to come into my flat and stain my carpet 3 more times! Total rip off. Horrible service. Horrible cleaning. DO NOT USE if you want your carpet cleaner than when they arrive.

Google Bad Review (2):  I ordered an end of tenancy clean with a few add ons. Thought I would give Crown Cleaners a go as they had availability. Big mistake.

Why? Not thorough and didn't get stains out as asked.
They supposedly have a 72 hour satisfactory service whereby they go back and clean if they didn't do it right the first time. The response I get when I raised my queries with them ‘we're human and they had a comeback for everything, pretty much denying liability.

Awful service, best go with another company who actually do a good job and honour their end of the deal.
I cannot recommend Crown Services.

Google Bad Review 1:  I think all the positive reviews are fake as they are all 5 stars from people who only have written 1 review.

Absolutely horrendous experience with the company and the cleaning itself.
First of all I called them about 5 times to arrange a cleaning and left a message and there was no reply but they have good reviews so i was keen to use them. 2 weeks later I called again and finally got through. I booked it in for the next Thursday.

On Wednesday morning they came and called consistently and rang my bell because the phone operator had put the wrong date.

Then the clean itself was awful although the girls were nice enough girls they obviously had no training from the company or even any professional products. I booked an end of tenancy clean for £252 and they didn't even clean any cobwebs, under the beds, behind fridge or any mildew in the bathroom which most professional cleans will have something for. You can even buy this product in Sainsbury's for £5. The company said it was not something they do. The rug clean was good though but my furniture wasn't put back afterwards. Furthermore they threw away my mop and jammed my blind so it doesn't really work well anymore?! When I spoke to the company they said that maybe my blind was broken before and perhaps I should buy a new one!!
They had to come back for a second clean as they do not offer a refund. We arranged the reclean for 3pm on a Saturday. No one turned up at 3pm so I called the company numerous times on numerous numbers and no one picked up. I then got a rude text at 4:30pm saying they would be there in 10-15 mins with no apology or anything even though I had been waiting in the house on my Saturday and I had rushed back from a lunch with friends.
The girls came back and they were very nice but I had to keep asking them to clean the window or under the bed etc even though for an end of tenancy clean absolutely everything should be cleaned! When I asked them if they had cleaned certain things they said “oh no because you didn't mention to clean that”.
I eventually was so exasperated with the situation that I let them leave as I did not want to keep instructing them. The sink was left really dirty and there are still cobwebs and dust and dirt on the floor, no attention to any detail at all.
This company is shockingly bad and have bad customer service. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid it! The end of tenancy clean is not even as good as my domestic cleaner who charges £20 per week.

UPDATE: I did forget to mention in my review that they did replace the mop with a new one after I emailed to them that it was missing even though they should not have even been using my mop in the first place as their policy is to provide everything. But they still deny that they broke my blind. Furthermore, since the review they have been calling me non-stop. They tried to bribe me with £50 or a re-clean to take down my review and have also threatened me with a court case as they say their clean is not that bad…. Also they insulted my flat and its' “poor condition” and say that is why my blind is broken. Please note there is another review I have found on here where they have been accused of damaging a bathtub which they have yet again denied. Their policy is to replace or repair damaged items but unless you made a video beforehand to PROVE everything was in working order then they just say that they cannot be sure their cleaners broke it!
I feel like most of their other good Google reviews must be fake as they all have similar strange sounding names.

Google Bad Review (2):  A total waste of money, nothing premium or professional. The cleaners were 2 hours late, they came on foot, and so had to carry their equipment which was not professional equipment.The place was empty, thus relatively easy to clean, and the place had no carpets either. They left streaks on the floor after they mopped. None of the ledges of windows (on the inside) or shelves were cleaned, the oven still had stains. Basically, they are not thorough, not enough for an end of tenancy clean. I think this company is a hoax.

Google Bad Review 1:  I have used Wrennalls carpet cleaning services several times in the past, and like the rest of the reviewers I have been very satisfied with their work, but not the last time.
The carpet cleaning (bungalow Lounge and hall) initially seemed, very satisfactory although the drying time was over an hour and half.
After about a month I started to notice soiled areas developing, particularly on trafficked and sitting areas. On the second month I contacted Wrennalls requesting that when they were in my area to check the carpet. Promise of a call back did not happen, same on my second call, same on my third call. On my fourth call I spoke to a lady who was very rude, but did promise to call me back, and as with the previous promises this did not happen.
Something has gone wrong with the cleaning process, the carpet is now dirtier than before the cleaning. For whatever reason the carpet is now contaminated with residues attracting dirt. Wrennalls will not examine the carpet to identify the problem. There appears to be no quality control in the Wrennalls organization

I swear to god with my word this company have a completely horrible management team and never ever choose to use it!!!As they never admit the guy have damaged my floor and keep calling me to tell me to change the comment ! WOW!

If you choose to use this company! You are going to regret!!!

First, the guy have managed to come to damage the kitchen floor without telling me. When I call to make a complaint, the guy (technician) decided to call me privately to tell me to delete this comment!

Second, they never admit they damaged my floor and the company response “ it is not the problem of the technician” and they keep put the blame on me! What a horrible customer service !

Third, they keep pushing me and “saying offer a compensation” in order for me to change this bad comment to a good one! Can you guys just stop! This is crazy! they despise customers with their ignorance and arrogance when ironically they are the ones who share wrong moral values and the culprits who damaged guests’ properties !

Anyway, I don’t think this company care about any of your carpet! They want the money and that is all.

Google Bad Review (2):  Please do not use this place as it is a waste of your money and the owner is highly aggressive.

I had two dresses dry cleaned. I got them back in exactly the same condition so I queried this with the man who then shouted at me and said they had to be hand washed. I asked him to lower his voice as I had not shouted at him but had asked a question in a very calm way. He proceeded to shout at me to pay him which said I would, but that as a customer I have every right to say if I'm unhappy with a service. I paid after which he shouted at me further. I asked him if he owns the place and he said yes.

If he explained to me in a friendly, calm manner that the stains couldn't be removed I wouldnt be so upset. I have never been shouted at like that in a shop where I'm a paying customer. Absolutely disgraceful.
It is cheaper than places in Acton but its worth travelling a bit further and paying more for a friendly service.
