Google Bad Review 1:  We used these cleaners for a year and only finally changed as the service was so poor . The cleaners do not speak English hardly when ur told they do. So u have to keep explaining every week in sign way to get through! And repeating how u want everything done , then to top it off we had continuously different cleaners as they leave so often to go on to other things in a matter of last month we had two cleaners and was offered no apology for the lack in the service of inconvenience, so we left. As I didn’t want another new cleaner that be three cleaners within a month .
Anyway I wish they been honest from the start that they don’t speak English and the time keeping and cleaning was just ok not great ok. They don’t fold well or put back things in the way they found them. All quite annoying and frustrated at myself for putting up with it all for so long .

Google Bad Review (2):  Booked ‘deep cleaning' with them and I was extremely disappointed. We agreed that they would clean the flat from dirt, paint, marks, etc with two cleaners each staying for 4 hours which added up the price to £120. So I expected that I was getting a ‘professional' service. They did not finish the entire flat, the bathroom they cleaned was still dirty, one of them knew zero English which was hard to deal with. They were both chatting the entire time they were together working so I used to ask them to work in different places in the flat. I called the admin person who I booked the service through in their office and told her that I normally get cleaning better than this that costs me £9 per hour, I don't see it fair to pay £15 per hour for this service I just received. She kept saying that the flat needed a lot of work and that they needed more time. Which I do not agree with as even the things they cleaned weren't completely clean. She then said that she will send another woman to come clean the floor which they didn't get cleaned (Although one of them mopped it twice without vacuuming, who does that??). Anyway so the last cherry on top from this amazing place was that the other cleaning lady did not even show up. I told the lady on the phone that I will post a bad review about them and never recommend them to anyone but she didn't seem like she cares. I would say avoid, avoid, avoid unless you feel like burning your money which is really how I felt when I brought cleaners from them.
