Google Bad Review:  I’m devastated to be writing this. I had a clean done with Gabriel and his team about 2 years ago and they were excellent! They were professional and the clean was fantastic. I booked them again for an end of tenancy clean and clearly things have changed since my last use!

They were booked with about a months notice, and confirmed a few times ahead of the actual cleaning day. The evening before , Gabriel called and said that the clean the day before was taking longer than planned and rather than starting at 7am, would start at 10. This was no problem and we made sure that at 10am we were at the house, they didn’t show up. I called and was told it would be no later than 1115. At 1020 he text to say he was on his way. After about 1130 the phones started going to voicemail, no further correspondence.

I told Gabriel our clean HAD to be on the 1st April, we now stand to be in breach of contract because they didn’t keep to their end of the agreement.

I am so disappointed and am now left in such a terrible predicament, all because I think a higher paying job came in last minute and they decided that was better than the job they had pre arranged for a month.

After raving about them the first time, I now say do not go anywhere near these guys if you want a reliable service! It’s a huge risk, and could cost you thousands!
