Google Bad Review:  The healthcare visitors here are unethical and Fail to follow a clear code of practice I have been harassed by a healthcare visitor her name is Franchesca towel she is absolutely unbearable to deal with I have advised her several times that her help is not wanted and she perceives and pushes to try and have a relationship with myself and to see my daughter which is very startling she’s also had the nerve due to this fact of me not wanting to see her to and take it to Social Services, my previous job role was an advocate and a childcare advisor for acting out and Cowgate Caroline advising mothers on weaning their children and any problems that they may have had during their pregnancy and after their pregnancy this is my second child which I have a child who is 17 years old so I really do understand within my community if I did need any help moving forward I now how to get it these people working under the Ann Taylor centre Are just doing what they want to do and not following the correct code of practice very poor code of conduct being followed

Google Good Review:  I have two children who currently attend this nursery and I cannot recommend it enough. The staff are warm and Caring and supportive towards my children's development, they follow the early years foundation stage and also have their own enhanced curriculum to go along side this. my child's key person posts regular updates on their online system tapestry and it is wonderful to see photos and videos of my little ones enjoying the activities they provide at the nursery. The nursery is light and spacious with a wonderful outdoor area, the children in the preschool room can access the garden via a slide! The menu is varied and the children absolutely love the food, they even offer a food delivery service where you can order meals for at home and you can get adult and children's portions which are great value. I would highly recommend this nursery.

Google Bad Review:  I was looking for a place for my 10month old so I went for a visit to be shown around. I did not at all like a lot of the things I saw.
To mention just a few, apart from the baby rooms being stone-cold in these wintry times, there was an older baby whose nose had run all over his mouth. He looked so helpless and tears all over his face showed he had been crying a lot but his keyworker who sat just beside him would not even bother to wipe his nose. She sat there doing nothing and looked rather lazy and unbothered. I kept thinking to myself… if you can’t be bothered to wipe his nose, what about his bum when he has done a poo.
Moreover, it seemed like such a crowded nursery. I will not recommend this nursery.

Google Bad Review:  The healthcare visitors here are unethical and Fail to follow a clear code of practice I have been harassed by a healthcare visitor her name is Franchesca towel she is absolutely unbearable to deal with I have advised her several times that her help is not wanted and she perceives and pushes to try and have a relationship with myself and to see my daughter which is very startling she’s also had the nerve due to this fact of me not wanting to see her to and take it to Social Services, my previous job role was an advocate and a childcare advisor for acting out and Cowgate Caroline advising mothers on weaning their children and any problems that they may have had during their pregnancy and after their pregnancy this is my second child which I have a child who is 17 years old so I really do understand within my community if I did need any help moving forward I now how to get it these people working under the Ann Taylor centre Are just doing what they want to do and not following the correct code of practice very poor code of conduct being followed

Google Bad Review:  So disappointed in my latest experience with Blo Bar. I booked to have my hair cut today and received 2 calls to delay the original appointment time, which I was happy to accommodate. When I arrived at the salon I was told they could no longer take me. I went home and called to rearrange and there was little to no apology or even a good will gesture, except for 25% off my NEXT haircut, not the cut I had originally booked to have. Staff need to be trained in customer service and time management. As the customer I have been so understanding with the previous delays and yet have been treated poorly which is really unfortunate. Not worth the hassle as there are so many other great salons in Ealing!
