Google Bad Review:  It felt like they were much more interested in my money than my health. I went in with an acute issue with my back. I was asked to watch a 15 minute promotional video, told I was going to need multiple sessions over many weeks, but not why. They cracked my back despite my reservations and my acute pain has now become chronic discomfort a few weeks later. They sent me a marketing SMS about booking more appointments a few days ago, despite me not opting in.
***Quick update on Aug 4th, just had a voicemail from them asking if I want to book another appointment!! Neck still crunchy and sore from what they did, now getting physio.
***And on August 11th they've sent me an email (again without me opting in) asking if I want to book another appointment.
