Google Bad Review 1: Real shame about this place. Initially had a great time but on pick up one of the staff became very aggressive, incredibly rude and was shouting at me. Took my item off me and wouldn't give it back (claiming I'd complained but I hadn't). I then tired to leave and they followed me outside and continued to yell at me despite my requests they stop and leave me alone. I then went back inside and had to ask a few times for my item back, whilst the same person continued to yell at me. Very intimidating, stressful and not professional at all.
Edit: I was not escorted off, I left as soon as I was able to get my item, which I basically had to beg for while asking not to be yelled at. As I mentioned I did not complain but only asked a question (about dishwasher v hand washing). Your staff followed me outside and was verbally abusing me, to the point I felt unsafe.

Google Bad Review (2): I booked a session at Social Pottery, but when I called to ask a question about my upcoming session the woman I talked so unpleasant and unhelpful that I emailed (in plenty of time) asking to cancel and receive a refund. Not only did I never receive the refund as requested, my email was never even acknowledged.
