Google Bad Review: I would strongly recommend you do not use this agency as I found them to be the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. Carers were late most of the time with the office not informing us. Private functions took priority so coming in earIier than their time slot!! Iorganised to go with them privately as couldn't find another agency for only a morning call Monday to Friday and they informed me the day before it started they couldn't do it as their carers were dropping like flies and left my mother without any care!! Totally irresponsible of the company. Totally unacceptable and I would ask everyone to stay clear of them!
