Google Bad Review 1:  I went here and the girl who did my hair must have been training as she was young and inexperienced. I showed a picture of what I wanted which she did not refer back to once. I asked for a brown to blonde balayage and cut which was £160. The blonde was done too high up on my head so they said I could come back to have it fixed. When I came back the same girl rushed to put more BROWN dye on and then sat me under the heated colour processor for 15 minutes washed it off and said I was done. My hair looked the same. I’m not even a hair dresser and I know that you only use heat to develop a blonde colour not brown lol. I tried to call and complain but was told the manger was not in and I never got a call back.
