Google Bad Review 1: Very unprofessional and fraudulent staff. When i went in there to view the car, I was simply given the keys, told that the car had been handed over to a girl but she didn't want it so they took it back without the V5C and didn't bother to show me around.
Car was priced at £6695 on the website (aa cars) yet the vendor, Ian, pushed it for £6795. Managed to get it down to £6600 and the deal was agreed – told me that the car was already taxed as the girl had paid her tax and couldn't get the money back, it was done, so all I needed to pay was the value of the car – wrong as tax has to be paid on an individual basis.
I went out and found a finance agreement, but instead of the agreed price, he said to the finance broker that the car was valued at £6795 so I cancelled it and called Ian back up to find out what was going on, he then lies and tells me that there's a £195 admin fee that carfinance put on the vehicle, I called AA up and they told me he was lying.
I then managed to get some sense into him and got it back to the original value of the car £6695 with him still claiming there's an admin fee. On taking the car out, he told me that I'd need to pay the tax and brought up what I do for a job (which I only disclosed for the finance agreement which made me furious as it's one of the mandatory field for the third party finance to be accepted – job title) – He'd use the “You should know this as you're X and should know the laws surrounding sales of cars” complete abuse of data.
Especially considering that i told him that I was a new driver and had just passed my driving 4 days prior to the sale – how is one to know every single law in the country, especially being a new driver.
Whenever I called them to ask for help or guidance they have been nothing but rude and patronising and not at all professional.
I highly recommend you go with some other dealer. Will be calling AA to provide feedback as well and hopefully they can do something about their poor attitude.

Google Bad Review (2): So disappointed with their warranty and mechanic services.
I bought a fiat 500 reg RV61, and noticed that the air con was not cooling down. They said “just need to regas it” (it’s usually never only that the issue) they did regas it and had started cooling down.
After a few days stopped cooling down, they asked me to bring the car back to the garage. I did it, apparently, the mechanic did not find any issue and the only thing he managed to do was regas it again. Obviously that this would not solve the problem. I left the car on Thursday and got it ready only on Monday.
After a few days the air con stopped cooling down again, the warranty was over but they asked me to bring the car back for further investigation. It took 8 DAYS to fix it, the mechanic said IT’S NOW FIXED.
After a few days the air con stopped cooling down again, this is so disappointing, it’s summer in the UK and can’t use the air con.
Long story short, they tried to fix the air con 3 times and it is still not cooling down. I won’t bring the car back to the garage again.
It’s fine if they don’t know what the problem is, but they should take the car to an air con specialist to fix that.
I’m disappointed, I decided to buy from a garage for hassle-free, but it has been the opposite.
Hopping to get that fixed by an air con specialist and will send the bill to Classic Automobile, let's see what they say after this 1 star review. Will you reimburse me? Shall I take it to court?
