Google Bad Review: Really disappointed with service from A&B, who were recommended by both Estate Agent and Solicitor dealing with our purchase. Report initially came back with wrong address on, and they failed to include detail of indicative cost of repair as I had been advised would be included as standard when they were keen to sign me up to use them. Report was difficult to read, photos not referenced to narrative. Spoke to them to resolve but really unhelpful unless I paid them more money!
