Google Bad Review 1:  fantastic customer service until our baby girl chokes on a faulty carseat… while mum was driving! on returning the faulty item we requested a exchange or credit note as it was the second time with the same fault on the seat we were told that it was because our “misuse” ha ha and the only option open to us is a repair which we have now accepted because we don't have the time or patience to keep going around in circles…I would like to add we are were regular customers and have made purchases on a regular basis and this is how they conduct themselves! oh and the next stage carseat we need was £30 cheaper in John Lewis for exactly the same item! not that we want it!

the car seat in question is a BE SAFE IZI GO MODULAR

we have emailed them twice directly with no response

Google Bad Review (2):  Awful service, I was practically kicked out of the store because my son had 17kg and was not aloud to try any tandem strollers because the 3 ladies inside including the manager were convincesd the weight limit was 15kg and my son will break the buggies. This is not true and I tried to explain to them but they were adamant, the main toddler seat could hold up to 22kg on a uppababy vista as I double checked online. Misinformed and reluctant to help staff ! Drove half an hour to see this store, never happened to me before, appalling service!
