Google Bad Review 1: On the day of registration the nursery was severely understaffed. My son was distressed due to being left, not comforted.and not engaged. His mum was doing the registration forms. On leaving the nursery my child begged not to go back. The nursery have promised to refund the £100 rightly so as the nursery shouldn’t be paid for making my sons first nursery experience so traumatic but it has not been received. I am hoping to receive this payment soon or I will be forced to take this further.

Google Good Review: My two daughters are very happy at Leapfrog and have come on a lot since being there. The staff are enthusiastic, energetic and welcoming, especially in the Baby and Pre-School room. My eldest has been going for three years and there have only been good improvements made over that time! The management team always have time to listen and have taken previous feedback on board. I would recommend to anyone
