Google Bad Review: Terrible home. I have not been able to contact or see my dad for months. Staff a rude and hang up the phone. They are also extremely incompetent and unable to book a visit. If they somehow manage to book an visit it is double booked.
I have called and emailed and nothing is beinh done. I don't even know if he is ok.
