Google Bad Review (2):  Been coming for many years always get my van serviced here, brought 2 new vans from here but sadly will be moving on !!!
As a self imployed person when my van is off the it means I ain’t earning
Brought my van in for a service so off the road for 2 days on the 3rd day while having had my van back a full day I get email to say my cam belt should of been changed !!
I ring to ask why it wasn’t picked up on the service as both mileage and age of the vehicle means it was due !!!
And I get the most unhelpful unapologetic lady on the phone with no clue about customer service !!! The very same person was unhelpful, unfriendly when I booked the van in the first time
So the technician should of flagged it up and so should the very unhelpful lady on the front desk! incompetent !!!
Well that means more days off work to arrange this
On a lighter note I noticed southern motor group advertising for a new service adviser on there FB page so it’s obviously a problem
