Google Bad Review (2):  Good selection of costumes but extremely expensive; I wanted to buy some costumes and had a pretty good budget (£1,000); went for a fitting, which was great, but they came back with a price of £700 for only some of the items and to rent rather than to buy, which wasn't what I wanted at all and felt that £700 with nothing at the end of it was way too much, particularly when they were going to make one of the items bespoke; it made me feel that I was being charged to fill their inventory.

When I told them I didn't want to go ahead with the quote provided they tried to then charge for £30 for the fitting – I complained and the charge was removed, but overall I felt I hadn't been listened to about my commercial requirements (although the artistic requirements were well catered for).

If you have a huge budget it's a great place as the selection is good, but be careful to explicitly go over what you want to avoid being disappointed, be super careful to understand what they are charging you for, and don't sign the order form until you read it fully (there is a £30 charge in the tiny small print that they don't mention until you get slapped with the fee).
