Google Bad Review 1:  (Translated by Google) If I could I wouldn't leave even a star. I found myself very bad with their service, I am disappointed .. the order dates back to May 6, 2020 … still nothing, nothing of what I ordered has been delivered. They are very slow and not serious, they made fun of me several times .. they changed the delivery date more than 10 times on the morphe.narvar.com website … today is one of those dates where the order should already be home but nothing passed 19.30 now, I don't think anything will come to me. I would almost put myself in tears at the discomfort they are making me feel. Because I paid dearly for everything I bought from you morphe …
I have never had problems with amazon but with you never again!
Ok, you can justify yourself with the excuse of covid19 but by now 4 weeks and they are many, we joke? You don't even reply to my emails, tweets or instagram … so exaggerated. I also asked you kindly to give me back the money because I have not yet received anything from you but as usual you are rude not to answer me.

(Original)
