Google Bad Review:  Not well trained staff. Don’t know what to speak on the phone they give you wrong information on the phone make sure when you call and ask for any service you ask the name of the person you’re speaking to.
I already have service with them for my laser removal and this time I tried a new service with them, I booked facial service with them when the offer was going on upon booking the appointment I asked the person on the phone if I need to pay she said no you can pay on the day of service as you are Existing client that was next week and the day of service The lady forgot to ask the payment and she called me for the payment I was happy to pay the Offer price which was agreed on the phone whenbooking but the lady on the phone on the service day was asking me to pay the full price which was really shocking to me upon discussing and arguing with the team leader Zainab she agreed to give me 20% off which I was still never happy because still I was paying extra why because their staff and had to pay extra money.

Really don’t know if this review will make any difference but very disappointed what I have gone through today
