I went into service point (the new location) to get 5 A4 colour printed well, as opposed to our office printer.

The first person at reception first studiously ignored me for 5 minutes (no hello or acknowledgement). When he deigned asking me what I was after, he obviously thought it was beneath him as he stood up and said he had to go to lunch. Pointing to a man far behind him, he said “this guy can probably help.” then upped and left, without talking to his colleague as asking him to assist me.

A second person came to reception and repeated the “ignore first” move. She asked me what I wanted. I started to explain and she cut me off, and gave me a form to fill in about my requirement, which I duly did.

When she came back for it, I started explaining I wanted to show her the file to explain what I wanted, and she interrupted to say she was busy, had a lot of work on and therefore didn't have time to stop and speak.

At that point, I left. Avoid them, they're obviously too busy for potential new clients.
